How Can I Pay for My Order?

We will email you an invoice payable by Wire Transfer or Business Check upon request. For PayPal or Credit Cards, please purchase the product through our eBay store at www.ebay.com/str/shopbizmart

 

How Quickly Will I Receive my Order?

Please allow 2-3 days for handling and preparation of your unit for shipping. Shipping time within the 48 continental states is generally another 3 to 5 business days. You should receive your item within 5-8 business days of your purchase.

 

What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?

High-quality, third-party shipping insurance is purchased for all shipments and added to the shipping quote. If your item arrives damaged, please accept it and note the damage on the shipping document. Then, immediately contact BizMart Customer Service so we can guide you through the claims process. Please be aware that the insurance company sometimes has a $500 deductible that cannot be recovered. Also, it may take up to 30 days to process a refund for items refused due to damage. 

 

Is My Item Guaranteed to Work?

All items are guaranteed to be complete and in working condition unless otherwise noted in the advertisement. BizMart offers a 14-day guarantee period. Once you receive your item, you have 14 days to install it and report any problems that arise to BizMart Customer Service. 

 

How Do I Get Reimbursed for Repairs?

A professional technician must install all items. Please submit a valid repair invoice from your technician for reimbursement of the repair costs. Without proof that a technician installed your item, no payments will be made toward repairs.  

 

What if I Want to Return My Purchase?

You can return your purchase for 14 days following receipt. You will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as the return shipping costs. You must ship the return within 7 days of notifying us of your intent to return the item. We will process your refund once the item is returned to our warehouse. BizMart may assess a 25% restocking fee on a case-by-case basis. Contact BizMart Customer Service for assistance with the return process. Also, if your item was purchased with a credit card, the merchant fee will not be refunded, as credit card companies do not refund merchant fees when processing a return.
