Notes: This Leonard Steam Tunnel came out of a closed dry cleaner and was in use at the time of closure. The unit is in good overall condition and is 100% complete with everything needed to put into service. The previous owner did not clean the interior well, so you can see rust accumulation and some pitting. We cleaned and retarded the rust, and good ongoing maintenance will keep this at bay. This unit had some exterior dings from moving and some mild rusting in side, but is ready to operate for several more years.
